Where and how do I book ?

Bookings are exclusively taken on Instagram. Please check the instructions on “How to Book” on our Haircut page and contact us via DMs.

Do I need to book the online consultation ?

If you know which haircut you’d like and feel ready for it, there is no need to book an online consultation. However, if you are unsure which style would suit you and your hair texture, need additional reassurance, or simply want our advice, then a consultation is recommended.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment ?

Yes, a €60 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment, the deposit is fully refunded. If you cancel between 72 and 48 hours before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We open our monthly agenda one month in advance, so the best time to book is right when the agenda opens (check our Instagram stories or our highlight “INFO” for updates).

If you miss the opening, you can still reach out as long as we have availabilities, or we can add you to our waiting list in case of cancellations.

Do you accept new clients ?

Yes, depending on availability. All new clients are asked to provide brief information about their hair and expectations.

How long does an appointment take ?

Haircut sessions typically last between 1 and 2 hours depending on length and project.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Appointments cancelled more than 72h = Deposit fully refundable. Between 72h and 48h = Deposit 50% refundable. Cancellations less than 48h = Deposit is non refundable.
