Where and how do I book ?
Bookings are exclusively taken on Instagram. Please check the instructions on “How to Book” on our website’s main page and contact us via DMs.
Do I need to book the online consultation ?
If you know which haircut you’d like and feel ready for it, there is no need to book an online consultation. However, if you are unsure which style would suit you and your hair texture, need additional reassurance, or simply want our advice, then a consultation is recommended.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment ?
Yes, a €60 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment, the deposit is fully refunded. If you cancel between 72 and 48 hours before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We open our monthly agenda one month in advance, so the best time to book is right when the agenda opens (check our Instagram stories or our highlight “INFO” for updates).
If you miss the opening, you can still reach out as long as we have availabilities, or we can add you to our waiting list in case of cancellations.
