We are Gabby & Yannick, the creative minds behind COIFFEURSTORY. Based in the heart of Paris, our private space is dedicated to transformative haircuts we call POWER CUTS—designed to elevate natural textures and celebrate individuality.

Our goal is to help you feel aligned, confident, and fully yourself. We believe in self-expression, equality, and authenticity within the hair industry. Through our consultations, education, and creative work, we encourage people to embrace meaningful hair changes as powerful milestones.
Gabby leads the artistic direction. Yannick brings over 20 years behind the chair. Our work draws inspiration from 60s & 70s icons, rock stars and ethereal fantasy hair.
